Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be willing to sign a consent form before any study activities take place
- You must be male and aged 18 or older at the time of signing the consent form
- You must have been diagnosed with severe or moderate congenital haemophilia A (a condition where a clotting protein in the blood called Factor VIII is very low or nearly absent)
- Your doctor and you must have already decided — separately from this study — to start treatment with a medication called Esperoct

- You must have certain health assessment records (including joint health scores and medical history) collected in routine care around the time of switching to Esperoct
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously taken part in this same study before
- You have previously tried and stopped a regular preventative treatment course with Esperoct
- You are currently using, or have previously stopped using, Esperoct as an as-needed (on-demand) treatment
- You have difficulty understanding or cooperating with the study due to mental capacity, unwillingness, or language barriers
- You have taken part in another clinical trial within the 30 days before switching to Esperoct
