Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have advanced gastric (stomach) cancer that tests positive for a protein called HER2, confirmed through specific laboratory tests (including tissue staining tests or gene copy number tests), or through a specialised protein analysis method.
- People whose stomach cancer has continued to grow or spread after receiving one round of systemic cancer treatment (such as chemotherapy).
- People who are willing and able to sign a written consent form to take part in the trial.

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have received chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy for stomach cancer within the past 2 weeks.
- People who have had a severe (Grade 3–4) gastrointestinal bleed within the past 3 months.
- People who have had a serious blood vessel or heart event — such as a heart attack, mini-stroke, stroke, or unstable chest pain — within the past 6 months.
- People who currently have an active infection, uncontrolled heart failure, unstable chest pain, poorly controlled heart rhythm problems, or uncontrolled blood clotting or bleeding disorders, or any other serious uncontrolled medical condition.
- People who have had a hole (perforation) or abnormal channel (fistula) in their gastrointestinal tract within the past 6 months.
- People who currently have cancer in another part of the body, or who have had another active cancer within the past 3 years — though people with a history of certain fully treated cancers (such as basal cell skin cancer, thyroid cancer, or cervical cancer in situ) may still be considered (confirm with trial site).
