  • You currently have an active infection that requires medication given throughout your body (such as antibiotics taken by mouth or through a drip)
  • You have had lung inflammation (not caused by infection) in the past that needed steroid treatment, or you currently have lung inflammation
  • You have taken part in another clinical trial or used an experimental medical device within the past 4 weeks
  • You have a weakened immune system, or you are currently taking high-dose steroid medications or other drugs that suppress your immune system (within the last 14 days)
  • You have an autoimmune disease (where your immune system attacks your own body) that has needed medical treatment in the past 2 years
  • You have a known history of HIV infection
  • You have a known history of Hepatitis B or an active Hepatitis C infection (based on specific blood test results — confirm with trial site)
  • You have previously received a transplant of an organ or tissue from another person
  • You have received a live vaccine within the last 30 days before starting the trial
  • You are currently breastfeeding
