Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with stomach cancer (specifically a type called gastric adenocarcinoma), confirmed by a tissue sample, and your cancer is locally advanced with a tumor larger than 5cm or a certain spread pattern (confirm with trial site for exact classification).
- You have at least one area of cancer that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (as assessed by a standard health score of 0 or 1).

- You have had significant bleeding, such as bleeding in the stomach or gut, within the last 3 months.
- You have previously been treated with certain immunotherapy drugs that affect the immune system's T-cells (such as anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, anti-CTLA-4, or similar drugs).
- You have a weakened immune system or have tested positive for HIV.
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial or have received an experimental treatment within the past 4 weeks.
- You have a history of heart or stroke-related conditions and are currently taking blood-thinning or clot-dissolving medications.
- Your cancer has tested positive for a marker called HER2.
- You have had a hole in your gut (perforation), an abdominal abscess, or a bowel blockage recently (within the last 3 months), or your scans or symptoms suggest a current blockage.
