Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with stomach cancer (specifically a type called gastric adenocarcinoma), confirmed by a tissue sample, and your cancer is locally advanced with a tumor larger than 5cm or a certain spread pattern (confirm with trial site for exact classification).

  • You have previously been treated with certain immunotherapy drugs that affect the immune system's T-cells (such as anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, anti-CTLA-4, or similar drugs).
  • You have a weakened immune system or have tested positive for HIV.
  • You are currently taking part in another clinical trial or have received an experimental treatment within the past 4 weeks.
  • You have a history of heart or stroke-related conditions and are currently taking blood-thinning or clot-dissolving medications.
  • Your cancer has tested positive for a marker called HER2.
  • You have had a hole in your gut (perforation), an abdominal abscess, or a bowel blockage recently (within the last 3 months), or your scans or symptoms suggest a current blockage.
