- You must be a patient of the Cooper Pediatric Gastroenterology practice in Camden, NJ or Voorhees, NJ
- You must be between 12 and 21 years old
- You must have been diagnosed with any type of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

- You must be willing and able to complete at least 4 out of 6 study modules to remain in the trial
