Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have had recurring stomach pain at least one day per week on average over the last 3 months, and this pain is connected to at least two of the following: going to the toilet, changes in how often you have bowel movements, or changes in what your stools look like
- You are willing to make changes to your diet as part of the study
- You have access to a phone, tablet, or computer that can be used to take part in online dietary education sessions
Who may not be able to join:
- You are aged 50 or older and your symptoms started for the first time within the past year
- You have noticed bleeding from your back passage (rectum)
- You have been diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis)
- You have lost weight recently without an obvious reason
- You have had surgery on your digestive system that involved removing your gallbladder or part of your bowel
- You have or have had an eating disorder
