Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) according to standard diagnostic guidelines (DSM-5)
- People who attend one of the outpatient clinics taking part in this research
- People whose ASD diagnosis has been confirmed using a specific diagnostic interview (ADI), with at least one parent present, or through a structured observation assessment (ADOS)

- People who have a level of understanding and communication that allows them to follow on-screen instructions during the exercises
- For children: those who are able to attend a mainstream (non-specialised) school
- For people taking psychiatric medication: those whose medication dose has been stable for more than one month
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a previously diagnosed intellectual disability
- People who had difficulty understanding questions or instructions during the diagnostic interview
- People who have a confirmed neurological condition
- People who have received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) in the past 6 months
- People who have a sensory impairment (such as vision or hearing difficulties) that has not been corrected
- People who are currently enrolled in another research study that has an exclusion period that has not yet ended
- People who are currently taking daytime anxiety-reducing medications (anxiolytics) or a specific type of medication called anticholinergic correctors
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have taken part in cognitive remediation therapy (brain training or thinking skills therapy) within the last two years
- For adults only: people whose assessment results show uneven levels of development across different cognitive skills (confirm with trial site)
- For children only: children who are not currently attending school
