  • You are currently taking long-term anti-inflammatory painkillers (such as ibuprofen or naproxen)
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You are under a legal protection order, such as guardianship
  • You are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving an experimental medicine or medical device
  • You are currently in custody or detention
  • (For healthy volunteers only) You have a known history of Helicobacter pylori (a type of stomach bacteria) infection
  • (For healthy volunteers only) You have a known history of any stomach conditions such as chronic gastritis, stomach atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia, or stomach cancer
