Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You are willing and able to sign a written consent form before any study procedures begin
- You are covered by a social insurance/healthcare system
- (For patients with stomach conditions only) You have been diagnosed with untreated glandular atrophy of the stomach (which may or may not include related conditions like intestinal metaplasia or dysplasia), and this diagnosis was made in 2014 or later

Who may not be able to join:
- You have an autoimmune disease or a condition that affects your immune system (such as HIV)

- You have a known active cancer other than stomach cancer
- You have received treatment that affects the immune system (such as immunosuppressive therapy) in the last 3 months, or are currently receiving such treatment
- You are currently taking long-term steroid (corticosteroid) medication
- You are currently taking long-term anti-inflammatory painkillers (such as ibuprofen or naproxen)
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are under a legal protection order, such as guardianship
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving an experimental medicine or medical device
- You are currently in custody or detention
- (For healthy volunteers only) You have a known history of Helicobacter pylori (a type of stomach bacteria) infection
- (For healthy volunteers only) You have a known history of any stomach conditions such as chronic gastritis, stomach atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia, or stomach cancer
