Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 30 and 65 years old at the time of joining the study
- You are not living in a care facility or institution (such as a nursing home)
- You are currently living in Puerto Rico, have lived there for at least the past year, and do not plan to move off the island within the next 3 years
- You are able to answer questions on your own, without help from another person
- You have a cell phone that can receive text messages and you are willing to receive daily text messages from the study team

Who may not be able to join:
- You are younger than 30 or older than 65 years of age
- You are not currently living in Puerto Rico, have not lived there for at least one year, or plan to move away within the next 3 years
- You are living in a care facility or institution
- You need assistance from another person to answer questions
- You do not have any of the five health conditions listed above
- You have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, or you take any diabetes medication, including insulin, or your lab results show diabetes-level readings
- You are currently pregnant
- You have a digestive or long-term health condition that affects how you eat or absorb nutrients (confirm with trial site)
- You have intolerances or allergies to legumes (such as beans or nuts), vegetable oils (such as corn, olive, or canola oil), or fresh fruits and vegetables
- Someone else in your household is already taking part in this study
- You are currently taking part in another research study that would interfere with this one
