Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 100 years old.
- You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (confirm with trial site).
- You have been diagnosed with Stage I, II, or III stomach cancer, confirmed through lab or tissue testing.
- You have not yet received any treatment for your cancer — such as chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, or targeted therapy — before the blood sample is taken.

Who may not be able to join:
- You have another inherited (genetic) disease or a different type of cancer.
- You have had a severe infection or inflammatory illness in the 14 days before the blood draw, or you have been taking steroid medications.
- You have previously had an organ transplant, stem cell transplant, or bone marrow transplant, or you have received a blood transfusion within the last month.
- You are currently pregnant.
- You have taken part in another clinical trial involving medication (including anesthesia) within the last 60 days.
- You have serious heart or cardiovascular disease, an uncontrolled infection, or another serious health condition that cannot be managed.
- You or your family members are unable to understand the purpose and conditions of the study.
