Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Men or women who are not currently pregnant
  • Adults between the ages of 18 and 65 (inclusive)
  • People who are willing and able to give their informed consent to participate

  • People with a personal or family history of a specific thyroid cancer (medullary thyroid cancer) or a condition called multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2
  • People whose kidneys are not functioning above a certain level, based on a specific blood test result (confirm with trial site)
  • People with a history of liver scarring (cirrhosis) or certain abnormal liver enzyme levels on blood tests
  • People who have dietary restrictions that would prevent them from consuming a specific test meal used in the study (confirm with trial site)
  • Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or at risk of becoming pregnant
  • People who are already taking part in another interventional research study at the same time
