Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with an advanced, spreading, or returning cancer (mainly colorectal, esophageal, stomach, or pancreatic cancer) confirmed by a tissue or lab test
- Your cancer has continued to grow or you could not tolerate at least two rounds of standard treatments (such as surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation), or there are no effective treatments available to you
- A recent tumor sample (within the last 3 months) shows a protein called CEA on at least 10% of cancer cells, and/or your blood CEA level is above 10 µg/L (confirm with trial site)
- You have at least one measurable tumor that can be tracked during the trial
- You are reasonably active and able to care for yourself (your doctor will assess this using a standard scale)
- You do not have a serious mental health condition
- Your blood counts, heart, kidneys, liver, and blood oxygen levels meet certain minimum health requirements (the trial team will check these with tests)
- Your veins are suitable for a blood collection procedure needed to make the treatment
- You agree to use reliable contraception for up to one year after receiving the treatment
- You (or your legal guardian) agree to take part and sign a consent form after understanding what the trial involves
Who may not be able to join:
- Your cancer has spread to the brain or the lining around the brain and the doctor considers this a concern
- You have taken part in another clinical trial within the last month
- You received a live vaccine (such as certain flu or travel vaccines) within the last 4 weeks
- You received chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or other experimental cancer treatments within the last 14 days (or within a certain number of half-lives of the drug — confirm with trial site)
- You have an active or uncontrolled infection that requires treatment
- You currently have a blocked bowel, active bleeding in your digestive system, or had digestive bleeding within the past 3 months
- You still have significant side effects from previous cancer treatments (apart from hair loss or mild nerve-related issues) that have not returned to near-normal levels
- You have a serious heart condition, including severe heart failure, a heart attack or bypass surgery within the last 6 months, significant irregular heartbeat, unexplained fainting, or a history of serious heart muscle disease
- You have an active autoimmune disease or need long-term medication to suppress your immune system
- You have had another type of cancer in the past 3 years (except certain early-stage skin or cervical cancers)
- You have active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis based on blood tests
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- The trial doctor decides for any other reason that the trial is not appropriate for you
