You are 18 years old or older
You are currently on the waiting list for a liver transplant, or you received a liver transplant within the last 30 days
Your liver transplant is needed because of one of these conditions: autoimmune hepatitis (AIH), Primary Biliary Cirrhosis (PBC), or Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC)
