Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have been diagnosed with an advanced, spread, or returning cancer (mainly colorectal, esophageal, stomach, or pancreatic cancer) confirmed by a tissue or lab test

  • Your cancer has spread to your brain or the lining around your brain and the study doctor thinks this makes you unsuitable

  • You received chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or other experimental cancer drugs within the past 14 days or within a recent short window based on how quickly those drugs leave your body
  • You currently have an active or uncontrolled infection that requires treatment
  • You have a bowel blockage, active bleeding in your digestive tract, or had digestive bleeding in the past 3 months
  • You have a large amount of uncontrolled fluid build-up in body cavities (such as around the lungs or abdomen)
  • You still have significant side effects from previous cancer treatment (other than hair loss or mild nerve tingling) that have not returned to near-normal levels
  • You have certain serious heart conditions, including severe heart failure, a heart attack or heart bypass surgery in the past 6 months, significant irregular heart rhythms, unexplained fainting, or a history of severe non-ischemic heart muscle disease
  • You have an active autoimmune disease or need long-term medication to suppress your immune system
  • You have had or currently have another unrelated cancer in the past 3 years (except certain early-stage skin or cervical cancers)
  • You have active or uncontrolled Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis based on blood tests
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • The study doctor decides for any other reason that joining would not be appropriate for you
