Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or received a probable diagnosis of ASD, by a specialist team following Dutch clinical guidelines, confirmed through a recognised diagnostic interview for ASD in adults.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have another mental health condition that currently requires urgent treatment and would significantly interfere with participating in a group-based program (for example, psychosis).
- People who have a major condition affecting memory, thinking, or brain function (for example, dementia or acquired brain injury).
- People who have a substance use disorder that requires a medically supervised detoxification program.
- People whose IQ has been assessed as below 70.
