Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • Your cancer must have been confirmed by a tissue test (biopsy) and have a specific genetic change called a KRAS G12C mutation, and it must be advanced or spread to other parts of the body with no curative treatment available
  • For the early dose-finding part of the trial: you must have a solid tumor that has already been treated with other therapies
  • For the expansion and later phase of the trial: if you have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), you must have previously been treated with immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and a specific type of KRAS G12C-targeting drug; OR if you have another solid tumor, you must have had prior treatment but never received a KRAS G12C-targeting drug before
  • You must be generally well enough to carry out daily activities with no or minimal limitations (this is measured by a standard scale called ECOG 0 or 1 — confirm with trial site)
  • Your liver, kidneys, and other organs must be working well enough as shown by blood tests

Who may not be able to join:

  • You cannot join if your cancer started in the brain or spinal cord
  • You cannot join if you currently have active cancer that has spread to the brain
  • You cannot join if you have a digestive system problem that would affect how your body absorbs medication (confirm with trial site)
  • You cannot join if you have had a major surgery within the past 28 days, or a minor non-study-related procedure within the past 7 days before starting treatment
