Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have high blood pressure that is currently being treated with at least three blood pressure-lowering medications
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose life expectancy is less than 5 years for any reason
- People who have type 1 diabetes
- People who are already participating in another clinical trial involving an experimental drug or device that could affect this study's results
