Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes

- People who are already taking part in another clinical trial that involves using a smartphone tracker or health app to manage diabetes
- People who took part in a previous Empower study and chose not to be contacted for future Empower studies
