Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by a child psychiatrist, based on DSM-5 diagnostic guidelines
- People who also experience gastrointestinal (digestive) problems, with a symptom score of 3 or higher on a standard gastrointestinal rating scale
- People aged between 7 and 30 years old
- People who are willing to take part in the study and agree to sign a consent form

- People whose condition makes it difficult to cooperate with the procedures involved in fecal microbiota transplantation (a treatment that involves transferring gut bacteria) and related examinations
- People who need to take antibiotics within 3 months before or after the study procedures, due to their health condition
- People who need to take long-term acid-reducing medications called proton pump inhibitors (such as for ongoing stomach conditions)
- People with serious physical health conditions — such as acute digestive illness, severe malnutrition or being significantly underweight, immune system disorders, severe allergies or autoimmune diseases, brain injury, or other significant brain conditions — that could affect how treatment results are measured
- People with serious mental health conditions such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
- People who have taken probiotic supplements within one month before joining, as this may affect gut bacteria
- People who are pregnant
- People who are unable to understand the content and requirements of the research
- People who are unwilling to participate or who decline to sign the consent form
- People considered unsuitable for inclusion following assessment by the lead or co-lead researchers
