  • People with serious mental health conditions such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
  • People who have taken probiotic supplements within one month before joining, as this may affect gut bacteria
  • People who are pregnant
  • People who are unable to understand the content and requirements of the research
  • People who are unwilling to participate or who decline to sign the consent form
  • People considered unsuitable for inclusion following assessment by the lead or co-lead researchers
