Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have been confined to bed due to illness for more than one month within the three months before joining the trial.
- People with certain heart or blood pressure conditions, including chest pain, uncontrolled high blood pressure (at or above 160/100 mmHg), untreated irregular heart rhythm, a history of heart failure, severe heart valve disease, heart muscle inflammation, or a thickened heart muscle condition.
- People with significant kidney problems, indicated by a kidney function measurement below a certain level or elevated creatinine in the blood (confirm with trial site for exact values).
- People currently being treated with a class of diabetes medications called SGLT2 inhibitors (such as dapagliflozin or empagliflozin).
