Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been confirmed by tissue testing to have a malignant (cancerous) tumour of the digestive tract — this includes a specific type of stomach or stomach-junction cancer (HER-2 negative), liver cancer, bile duct or gallbladder cancer, or colorectal cancer.
• People whose cancer has spread but whose tumours have been assessed by a specialist team as potentially removable by surgery, though not immediately operable, and who have not yet received any cancer treatment.
• People who have at least one measurable area of cancer spread (such as to the liver, lungs, bone, pelvis, or nearby lymph nodes) in addition to the main tumour, as assessed by a specialist medical team — brain spread is not included.
• People aged between 18 and 75 years.
• People who have a good general level of functioning, rated 0 or 1 on a standard medical performance scale (meaning fully active or able to carry out light activity).
• People who are able to follow the treatment plan required during the study.
• People who are willing and able to sign a written consent form agreeing to take part.

Who may not be able to join:

• People with uncontrolled epilepsy, nervous system conditions, or serious psychiatric conditions that the study doctor believes may affect their ability to consent or follow the treatment plan.
• People who have previously received immunotherapy for any reason, or who have had a serious allergic reaction to similar antibody-based medicines.
• People with significant heart problems, such as active symptoms of coronary artery disease, moderate-to-severe heart failure, serious irregular heartbeat requiring medication, or a heart attack within the past 12 months.
• People who have had an organ transplant and are taking medicines to suppress their immune system.
• People who have had a different type of cancer within the past five years.
• People with severe, uncontrolled, recurring infections or other serious uncontrolled health conditions.
• People whose blood test results fall below the minimum levels required by the study, including counts for red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets, as well as liver and kidney function markers (confirm specific values with trial site).
• People who currently have active digestive tract conditions such as stomach or bowel ulcers, ulcerative colitis, active bleeding from a tumour, or other conditions the study doctor considers a risk for bleeding or bowel perforation.
• People with active bleeding or a known tendency to bleed.
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• People who are allergic to any ingredient in the study medicines.
