Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with a well-differentiated gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm (a type of slow-growing tumour in the gut or pancreas) that is either localised (but not suitable for surgery) or has spread locally or to other parts of the body
- People for whom basic information is available about where the tumour started, what stage it is, and when it was diagnosed
- People who have been treated with somatostatin analogs (a hormone-blocking medicine) for at least 6 months, where the tumour is a lower-grade type (Ki67 less than 10%), and this was given as a first treatment or as a second treatment after surgery
- People who have been treated with Sunitinib or Everolimus for at least 6 months, where the tumour is a lower-grade type, given as a first or second line of treatment
- People who have been treated with Capecitabine-Temozolomide (a chemotherapy combination) for at least 6 months, where the tumour is a mid-to-higher-grade type (Ki67 less than 55%), given as a first, second, or third line of treatment
Who may not be able to join:
- People under 18 years of age
- People who are receiving localised treatments to a specific area of the body at the same time as the study treatments
- People who have previously received radioligand therapy (a targeted radiation-based treatment)
- People who needed their Capecitabine-Temozolomide dose reduced by more than one-third for three or more treatment rounds
- People whose neuroendocrine tumour has no identified primary site, even if a biopsy of a secondary site suggests the tumour originated in the gut or pancreas
- People with a mixed type of neuroendocrine neoplasm (a tumour containing more than one cell type)
- People with a poorly differentiated (fast-growing) neuroendocrine carcinoma
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
