Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have prediabetes, meaning a fasting blood sugar level between 100–125 mg/dl

- People who have a blood clotting disorder, whether inherited or acquired
- People who cannot stop taking blood-thinning (anticoagulant) medications
- People who are currently following a specific diet plan or practising intermittent fasting
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have a severe internal or psychiatric condition, or who are taking medications that might affect the study results (confirm with trial site)
