Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed through a stomach biopsy (tissue sample) with low-grade abnormal cells, high-grade abnormal cells, or early-stage stomach cancer, and the affected area has clear edges that can be seen during a camera examination of the stomach
- You have been told you are suitable for a procedure to remove the abnormal tissue using a special type of stomach camera procedure (called ESD), or you have low-grade abnormal cells and are planning to have this procedure
- You are able to provide the tissue samples or slides from your previous stomach biopsy (ideally from the same hospital running this trial)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have advanced (later-stage) stomach cancer, or you have previously had part or all of your stomach surgically removed
- You have serious heart or lung problems, liver scarring (cirrhosis), kidney problems, active stomach or gut bleeding, enlarged veins in the food pipe or stomach, or problems with your blood not clotting properly
- You have had an allergic reaction to a dye called fluorescein sodium during an allergy test
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have a psychiatric condition that would make it difficult to cooperate with the camera procedure or to sign a consent form
