Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 to 75 years old, of any gender
- People who have been assessed as not being at significant nutritional risk, based on a standard screening tool called NRS2002 (scoring less than 3)
- People whose cancer has been confirmed by biopsy and cannot be surgically removed due to its advanced stage
- People whose overall health is good enough to tolerate cancer treatment, without serious heart or lung conditions

- Women who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial within the past six months

- People with severe kidney problems
- People with cognitive difficulties, mental health conditions, or who may have significant difficulty following the trial's requirements
- People who have a known allergy to chemotherapy drugs being used in this trial
- People considered unsuitable for the trial for other reasons, as decided by the trial investigators
