Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are pregnant and have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes (diabetes that develops during pregnancy) using a standard two-step test during the third trimester, based on specific measurement guidelines called the Carpenter-Coustan Criteria

- People who are unable to complete a standard oral glucose tolerance test (a test where a sugary drink is consumed and blood sugar is measured), for example due to a history of gastric bypass surgery, a condition called gastric dumping syndrome, or vomiting during the test — either during pregnancy or shortly after giving birth
- People who are currently using systemic steroid medications (steroids taken in a way that affects the whole body, such as tablets or injections, rather than creams applied to the skin) (confirm with trial site)
