Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with stomach cancer (specifically a type called adenocarcinoma) that cannot be removed by surgery or has come back after treatment.
- People who are 20 years of age or older.
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities falls within an acceptable range, as measured by a standard medical scale (scores 0–2 on the ECOG scale).

- People with serious heart problems (such as chest pain, heart attack, or irregular heartbeat), or conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or bleeding problems that are not well controlled.
- People who have a history of serious allergic reactions or serious reactions to medications.
- People who have a significant mental health condition that would prevent them from completing questionnaires.
- People whose treating doctor considers participation in the study to be unsuitable for them for any reason.
