Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 16 and 90 years old
• You have been diagnosed with cancer (primary, returned, or spread to other parts of the body) confirmed by a tissue test
• Your doctors expect you to live for more than 3 months
• You are well enough to carry out some daily activities (a doctor will assess your general health level)
• Your cancer has not responded to standard treatments, or no standard treatments are available for your type of cancer
• You have a tumor area that can be safely biopsied or surgically removed, or you have a body fluid (such as fluid around the lungs) that contains cancer-fighting immune cells
• You have at least one tumor that can be measured or assessed
• Your blood test results (taken within 7 days before joining) meet certain minimum levels for white blood cells, infection-fighting cells, clotting, kidney function, and liver function (the trial team will check these)
• There are no medical reasons preventing you from having a biopsy or minor surgery
• If you are able to have children, you must be willing to use reliable contraception from the time you agree to join until one year after completing a specific treatment step in the trial
• Any cancer treatments you have received (such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or biological therapies) must have stopped at least 28 days before your immune cells are collected
• You are able to understand and sign the consent form
• You are able to attend follow-up visits and follow the trial's requirements

Who may not be able to join:

• You need regular steroid medication (such as prednisone) at a dose higher than 15mg per day, or you have an autoimmune disease requiring immune-suppressing treatment
• Your lung function is significantly reduced (the trial team will carry out specific breathing tests to check this)
• You have serious heart problems, such as severe heart failure, uncontrolled low blood pressure, poor heart pumping ability, or significant heart rhythm problems
• You have HIV, active hepatitis B or C, syphilis, or other related infections
• You have a serious physical or mental health condition
• You currently have an active infection that requires treatment, or there is evidence of infection in your blood or on scans
• You have received or are currently receiving other treatments, including other medicines, biological therapies, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy within the past month
• You have a known allergy to substances similar to those used in cell-based treatments
• You have previously had a serious (Grade 3 or higher) immune-related side effect from immunotherapy
• You still have significant side effects from a previous cancer treatment that have not resolved (minor issues like hair loss may not apply — confirm with trial site)
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have previously had an organ transplant, a stem cell transplant using donor cells, or ongoing kidney replacement therapy (such as dialysis)
• The research team considers you unsuitable for the trial for any other medical or safety reason
