Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have been diagnosed with stomach (gastric) cancer
- People who are able to have both FAPI PET/CT and FDG PET/CT scans (two types of medical imaging) within one week of each other
- People who are able to have a blood test to check tumour markers within one week before and after the scans
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a history of any other type of cancer
- People who have serious infections, or severe heart, kidney, or liver conditions
- People who have any medical reason they cannot undergo a PET/CT scan, or whose general health is not strong enough to tolerate the examination
- People whose tissue sample results (pathology) are not yet confirmed, or whose medical records are incomplete
