  • People whose cancer has come back or stopped responding to treatment after at least 2 previous lines of treatment.
  • People whose cancer returned after a stem cell transplant using their own cells (auto-SCT), where that transplant took place at least 6 months before joining the trial.
  • People whose cancer returned after a stem cell transplant using a donor's cells (allo-SCT), where that transplant took place at least 6 months before joining the trial, with no signs of graft versus host disease, and where immunosuppressive medications are not expected to be needed during the trial.

  • People who have received any experimental treatment within the 30 days before screening.
  • People with a current or previous different type of cancer, with some exceptions — such as certain treated skin cancers, cancers that have been in full remission for at least 5 years, or fully treated prostate cancer with low PSA levels (confirm with trial site for specific exceptions).
  • People who have used systemic immune-suppressing medications within 4 weeks before starting the study, or who are expected to need them during the trial, with some exceptions before a cell collection procedure (confirm with trial site).
  • People with a known immune system deficiency disease, except for a condition involving low levels of antibodies in the blood.
  • People with an active or significant history of a central nervous system (brain or spinal cord) disorder, such as seizures, stroke, or certain autoimmune conditions affecting the brain — though people whose condition has been in remission for at least 2 years may be considered (confirm with trial site).
  • People with uncontrolled high blood pressure, a history of heart muscle inflammation or heart failure, unstable chest pain, serious uncontrolled heart rhythm problems, or a heart attack within the past 6 months.
  • People with an active, uncontrolled infection caused by fungi, bacteria, or a virus.
