- People for whom a specific assessment tool called the AMSE was not completed, or was completed incorrectly or incompletely, by a non-specialist psychiatrist or psychologist (confirm with trial site)
- People covered by the Aide Médicale d'État (AME), which is a specific French state medical assistance program for certain non-residents
