For autistic adults:

• You are 18 years old or older
• You live at home with your parent and are able to attend each session
• You have an official autism diagnosis from a healthcare provider, confirmed by records and a screening questionnaire score
• Your parent has rated your behavioral challenges (such as outbursts or verbal aggression) as mild to moderate on a specific questionnaire
• You have a basic level of ability to understand language, as measured by a standard assessment (confirm with trial site)
• You have a stable school or work plan, and either take no medication or have been on the same medication without changes for at least 6 weeks, with no planned changes for the next 16 weeks

For parents or legal guardians:

• You are able to attend each session of the study

Who may not be able to join:

For autistic adults:

• You have a serious medical condition that needs immediate care, such as seizures that are not currently controlled
• You have serious behavioral challenges that pose a safety risk to yourself or others, such as self-injury or aggression that causes physical harm, and that need more urgent or intensive support

For parents or legal guardians:

• You are unable to attend weekly sessions (either online or in person) over the course of 20 weeks
