Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 21 and 70 years old (male or female)

- People who have had surgery involving the small or large intestine, or who have had their appendix, uterus, or gallbladder removed in the past six months
- People with a known serious mental illness, or whose psychiatric medication type or dose has changed in the last three months in a way that could affect their ability to make decisions about participating
- People who have an active infection at the time of joining the trial
- People who have used prebiotics, probiotics, antibiotics, or anti-inflammatory medicines within the past two weeks
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
