You are 16 years old or older and have had a positive hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) test for six months or more, or have specific related test results showing long-term hepatitis B infection, and are getting tested at Tam Anh General Hospital (Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City)
You are 16 years old or older, have chronic hepatitis B, and are either visiting or staying as an inpatient at the Gastroenterology - Hepatobiliary Center of Bach Mai Hospital, with a diagnosis of liver cancer or liver cirrhosis (scarring of the liver)
