Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 19 years or older at the time of screening
- People who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
- People who are currently being treated with, or whose doctor determines they need treatment with, one of three specific diabetes medications: enavogliflozin, dapagliflozin, or empagliflozin, within approved prescribing and reimbursement guidelines
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a type of diabetes other than type 2 diabetes
- People who have moderate to severe liver problems
- People who have kidney function issues where their kidney filtration rate is below a certain level (eGFR below 60 mL/min/1.73 m²), have end-stage kidney disease, or are on dialysis (confirm with trial site)
- People who have serious other health conditions alongside their diabetes (confirm with trial site)
- People who have previously had an allergic reaction to enavogliflozin, dapagliflozin, empagliflozin, or any ingredients in these medications
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
