Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You are a man, or a woman who is not pregnant or breastfeeding

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years
  • You have taken medicines that suppress the immune system in the 30 days before starting the trial (not including nasal sprays or low-dose inhaled or oral steroids)
  • You have a history of autoimmune disease (where your immune system attacks your own body)
  • You are allergic to any of the study drugs, including oxaliplatin, S-1, similar chemotherapy medicines, or immune checkpoint inhibitor drugs
  • You have epilepsy or another mental health or neurological condition
  • You have serious heart, lung, or blood vessel problems that would make surgery unsafe
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body beyond the abdominal lining
