Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You are a man, or a woman who is not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have been diagnosed with stomach cancer confirmed by a medical test (such as a biopsy)
- A keyhole (laparoscopic) surgery has confirmed that the cancer has spread to the lining of the abdomen, but only to a limited extent (a score of 12 or less on a special measurement scale)

- You have not yet received any radiation therapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy for this condition

- You are willing to volunteer, sign a consent form, and cooperate with the research team
Who may not be able to join:
- You have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years
- You have taken medicines that suppress the immune system in the 30 days before starting the trial (not including nasal sprays or low-dose inhaled or oral steroids)
- You have a history of autoimmune disease (where your immune system attacks your own body)
- You are allergic to any of the study drugs, including oxaliplatin, S-1, similar chemotherapy medicines, or immune checkpoint inhibitor drugs
- You have epilepsy or another mental health or neurological condition
- You have serious heart, lung, or blood vessel problems that would make surgery unsafe
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body beyond the abdominal lining
