Who might be able to join this trial:
- Men and women are eligible to participate
- People who have been diagnosed with a heart attack, between 2 weeks and 6 months after their diagnosis
- People diagnosed with chronic coronary syndrome (for example, stable chest pain/angina)
- People aged between 50 and 80 years old
- People with a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 25 and 40 (considered overweight to obese range)
Who may not be able to join:

- People who are unwilling to follow a newly prescribed diet for 18 months
