- People who are able to speak, read, and communicate in Chinese

- Parents or caregivers who are currently taking part in another parent training program at the same time as this trial
- Parents or caregivers who are not willing or able to complete all three scheduled assessments required by the trial
- Parents or caregivers who have a diagnosis of a serious mental health condition (such as schizophrenia or severe bipolar disorder) or a condition that significantly affects thinking and understanding
