Who might be able to join this trial:

For people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD):

• People who have a primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) based on the DSM-5-TR (a standard medical diagnostic guide)
• People who are 18 years of age or older
• People who do not have an intellectual disability
• People who have completed at least primary and secondary school education

For informants (someone who knows the ASD participant well):

• People who know the ASD participant well and can accurately describe their personality — ideally someone who lives with them, or if not available, the person who knows them best
• People who have historically spoken with the participant at least once a month and met them in person at least once a year

Who may not be able to join:

For people with ASD:

• People who do not have a diagnosis of ASD
• People who are currently experiencing substance abuse issues
• People who have a psychotic disorder
• People who have schizophrenia
• People who have an eating disorder
• People who have an IQ below 80
• People who are currently experiencing thoughts of suicide
• People who are under 18 years of age

For informants:

• People who are under 18 years of age
• People who have an intellectual disability
• People who are not able to describe or recognise the psychological functioning or difficulties of the ASD participant they are connected to
