Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women between 20 and 65 years of age
- People who have been identified as having prediabetes, meaning fasting blood sugar levels between 100–125 mg/dL and/or an HbA1c (a blood sugar average test) result between 5.7–6.4%

- People who take antioxidant, probiotic, or prebiotic supplements
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are currently enrolled in a weight loss program
- People who are currently taking berry supplements, or who have recently taken part in another study involving berry supplements
