Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have a solid tumor cancer that has been confirmed by lab testing, cannot be removed by surgery, and has spread locally or to other parts of the body, and your tumor is known to produce a protein called Nectin-4.
  • You have already received treatment for your advanced or spreading cancer, but there are no other standard treatments known to help for your cancer type.
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans using standard measurement guidelines (called RECIST 1.1).
  • You have tumor tissue samples taken within the last 4 months and after your most recent cancer treatment, or you are willing to have a tumor biopsy taken at the start of the study.
  • Your organs (such as kidneys and liver) and blood counts are functioning at an adequate level.

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have cancer that has spread to the brain, or this is suspected.
  • You currently have an active infection, any infection needing treatment with medication, or a long-term (latent) infection.
  • You have other serious health conditions that could affect your participation (confirm with trial site).
  • You have a history of, or currently show signs of, a lung condition called interstitial lung disease (scarring or inflammation of the lungs).
  • You are currently taking steroid medications (such as prednisone) or other medicines that suppress your immune system.
  • You have had a blood clot requiring blood-thinning medication within the 14 days before starting the trial treatment.
  • You have significant heart or blood vessel disease, or problems with your heart's electrical rhythm.
  • You have heart failure with symptoms, or have recently had a heart attack or related heart event.
  • You have recently received other cancer treatments that could interfere with how this trial drug is evaluated (confirm with trial site).
  • You have had a major operation within 28 days, a minor operation within 7 days, or heart bypass surgery within 6 months before starting the trial treatment.
  • You have received a live vaccine within 6 weeks before starting the trial treatment.
  • You have taken steroid or immune-suppressing medications within 14 days before starting the trial treatment.
  • You are currently taking certain medications that strongly affect how the body processes drugs (known as strong CYP3A4 inhibitors or inducers — confirm with trial site).
