Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 60 years old
- You have been rated as generally healthy or having only mild health conditions by a doctor's standard health assessment (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:
- You have bleeding in your digestive tract

- You have previously been diagnosed with bowel cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, or coeliac disease
- You have lost 10% or more of your body weight in the last six months
- You have had abdominal surgery in the past (except for hernia repair or appendix removal)
- You have taken part in another clinical trial within the last 3 months
- You are over 55 years old and have not had a colonoscopy in the past 5 years
- You have a severe personality disorder, are currently having thoughts of suicide, or have harmed yourself within the past year
- You are allergic to or cannot take the medicines used in the study, or you have severe heart disease, very hard-to-control high blood pressure, or an overactive thyroid gland
- You drink more than 50 units of alcohol per week (where 1 unit equals 10ml of pure alcohol)
- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
