Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 or older, of any gender
• People who have been diagnosed through tissue testing with an advanced, spreading, or returning cancer — mainly colorectal, esophageal, stomach, pancreatic, lung, or bile duct cancer
• People whose cancer has not responded to at least two standard treatments (such as surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy), or who could not tolerate those treatments, or for whom no effective treatment options exist
• People whose tumor sample, tested within the last 3 months, shows a specific protein called CEA on the surface of at least 10% of cancer cells; if the tumor sample test is older than 3 months, a blood test showing CEA levels above 10µg/L may also meet this requirement (confirm with trial site)
• People who have at least one measurable or assessable tumor that can be tracked during the trial
• People whose general physical functioning falls within a moderate range on a standard medical scale (ECOG score of 0–2, meaning able to carry out at least some self-care)
• People without severe mental health disorders
• People whose blood counts, heart, kidney, and liver function, and blood oxygen levels meet the specific medical thresholds set by the trial (confirm with trial site for exact values)
• People who are able to have blood cells collected through a standard blood draw or apheresis process, with no medical reasons preventing this
• People who agree to use reliable contraception from the time of signing the consent form until one year after receiving the cell treatment (natural family planning methods are not accepted as sufficient)
• People, or their legal guardian, who agree to take part and sign the informed consent form after understanding the trial's purpose and procedures

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have active or uncontrolled cancer spread to the brain or the lining around the brain at the time of screening
• People who have taken part in another clinical study within 1 month before screening
• People who have received a live attenuated vaccine (such as certain flu or travel vaccines) within 4 weeks before screening
• People who have recently received certain anti-cancer treatments, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or experimental drugs, within 14 days before screening or within a specific timeframe based on the drug's duration in the body (whichever is shorter)
• People who have an active or uncontrolled infection that requires ongoing medical treatment
• People with a blocked bowel, active bleeding in the digestive system, a serious gastrointestinal bleed within the past 3 months, severe stomach or intestinal ulcers, or severe gut inflammation such as ulcerative colitis
• People who still have significant side effects from previous cancer treatments that have not returned to their normal baseline or reduced to a mild level, except for hair loss or mild nerve-related symptoms
• People with certain serious heart conditions, including severe heart failure, a heart attack or major heart surgery within the past 6 months, significant irregular heart rhythms, unexplained fainting episodes, or a history of severe non-ischemic heart muscle disease
• People with active autoimmune diseases or conditions that require long-term use of immune-suppressing medications
• People who have been diagnosed with another untreated cancer within the past 3 years, except for certain early-stage skin or cervical cancers
• People who test positive for active hepatitis B, active hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis (based on specific blood test results)
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People whom the trial investigators consider unsuitable for any other medical reason
