For people with diabetic kidney disease:
- People aged 18 to 75 years old (any gender may be eligible)

- People who have taken antibiotics, immunosuppressant medications, chemotherapy, or regular proton pump inhibitors (medications for stomach acid) within the past three months
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have taken part in another drug clinical trial within the past three months
- People living with a mental illness, intellectual disability, confusion, or any other condition that may make it difficult to cooperate with information collection
- People who are unable to provide the relevant information or data required by the study
