- People who are healthy volunteers, OR people experiencing one or more symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, vomiting blood, black or bloody stools, loss of appetite, bloating, or indigestion, OR people who have previously had tissue removed from their stomach lining and need follow-up monitoring.

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant.
- People who are considered at high risk of a blockage in their digestive tract — this includes those identified as at risk of narrowing in the gut, those where a blockage cannot be ruled out, or those with a history of stomach or bowel surgery, severe problems with digestive movement, or a condition affecting swallowing and muscle control called pseudobulbar palsy (confirm with trial site).
- People who have difficulty swallowing.
- People who are not considered medically suitable for any surgical procedures, or who are unwilling to undergo any surgical procedures if needed.
- People who are unable to understand or follow instructions from the doctor during the examination.
- People who have other health conditions that make the use of a swallowable capsule camera device unsuitable, or who the investigator considers inappropriate for the trial for any other reason.
