Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults who have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) that meets a standard set of diagnostic guidelines called the Rome IV criteria.

- People who are planning to start or take part in another new mental health or behavioural therapy program during the study period.
