- You are registered in the Shanghai Mental Health Information Management System
- You have been diagnosed with one of six specific serious mental health conditions: schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, paranoid psychosis, bipolar disorder, a mental disorder related to epilepsy, or an intellectual disability accompanied by a mental disorder
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have normal vision and hearing, or your vision and hearing are within the normal range when using glasses, hearing aids, or other corrections
- You or a family member has agreed to take part in this study and has signed a consent form
