Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are 18 years of age or older

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose stomach cancer cannot be confirmed through a tissue sample, either because a sample could not be collected or because there was not enough material to make a diagnosis
• People who do not wish to receive PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor treatment
• People for whom a blood (plasma) sample taken before immunotherapy treatment begins is not available
• People who have an autoimmune disease (a condition where the body's immune system attacks its own tissues)
• People who had serious pre-existing problems with their heart, lungs, thyroid, or other organs before starting immunotherapy
• People who had significantly abnormal liver function, kidney function, pancreatic enzyme levels, or other related test results before starting immunotherapy
• People who have any other condition that the research team considers may put them at risk or prevent them from fully participating in the trial
