Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be 18 years old or older at the time of signing the consent form.
- You must be generally well enough to carry out light activity and care for yourself, and your condition must not have gotten worse in the 2 weeks before the study begins.

- You must have at least one area of cancer that can be measured on a scan.
Who may not be able to join:
- People with stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that tests positive or unclear for a protein called HER2.
- People with active stomach ulcers or bleeding in the digestive tract, including significant bleeding related to previous CLDN18.2 treatments.
- People who have a significant build-up of fluid in the abdomen that needs to be drained.
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord, or other brain-related conditions (confirm with trial site for specific details).
- People who have compression of the spinal cord or are at high risk of paralysis.
- People with a history of non-infectious lung inflammation or scarring.
- People with certain significant heart problems (confirm with trial site for specific details).
- People who have had another type of cancer within the past 2 years.
- People with an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection.
- People with HIV that is not well managed.
- People with an active tuberculosis infection.
