Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with a solid tumor cancer (such as colorectal, stomach, pancreatic, or bile duct cancer, among others), confirmed by a tissue test.
• Your cancer has not responded to standard treatments, you were unable to tolerate them, or there are no effective standard treatments available for you.
• You have at least one tumor that can be measured using standard imaging guidelines.
• A sample of your tumor tissue is available from a previous biopsy, or you are able to provide a new tissue sample.
• Your tumor tissue tests positive for a protein called CDH17, confirmed through a laboratory test on the tissue sample.
• You are generally well enough to carry out light activity and care for yourself (this is assessed using a standard medical scale — confirm with trial site).
• Your doctors expect you to live for at least 3 more months.
• Your blood counts, liver, kidney, heart, and lung function all meet certain minimum levels as measured by blood tests and other checks (confirm with trial site for specific values).
• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before joining.
• If you could become pregnant, or if your partner could become pregnant, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 1 year after the final treatment.

• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You have an active hepatitis B infection detected through blood tests.

• You still have significant side effects from a previous cancer treatment (such as chemotherapy, surgery, or radiation) that have not improved to a mild level — hair loss and certain nerve-related symptoms are exceptions.
• You have previously received a transplant of an organ, bone marrow, or stem cells from another person (except certain minor transplants like corneal or hair transplants that do not require anti-rejection medication).
• You have previously received a specific type of cell therapy targeting CDH17 outside of this study.
• You had major surgery within the 4 weeks before joining and have not fully recovered, or you have a serious unhealed injury.
• You have cancer that has spread to your brain or spinal cord — though there may be exceptions if the spread is without symptoms or is stable (confirm with trial site).
• You have had a severe active infection or serious lung disease requiring steroid treatment within the past 6 months.
• You have significant heart problems, such as moderate-to-severe heart failure or certain serious heart valve conditions.
• Your heart's electrical activity shows a specific abnormality on an ECG test (confirm with trial site).
• Your blood pressure is consistently very high and not controlled by medication (above 160/100 mmHg).
• You have had a stroke or similar brain blood vessel event within the past 6 months.

• You have any condition, primary or secondary, that weakens your immune system.
